We wish to develop a suite of specialized conversational agents utilizing the latest advances in natural language processing. The agents will be trained using Anthropic's constitutional AI techniques to ensure helpful, harmless and honest interactions. Each agent will be an expert in its designated domain such as customer service, technical support, human resources or sales. The key capabilities required are: parsing questions accurately, providing relevant responses drawn from large knowledge bases, understanding context across multiple turns of dialogue and referring users to appropriate human agents when necessary. The agents must be personalized to address users by name, remember past conversations and demonstrate empathy. Testing will be required to validate the agent's abilities and address any biases or unsafe responses. Documenting the training processes and results will also be important. The goal is to create a polished virtual assistant product to improve customer and employee experiences through respectful and effective AI conversations. Proficiency in both technical development and ethical AI practices will be fundamental to the success of this project.
