Freelance Job: Photoshop to fix the sun flare in my landscape photograph

To enhance my landscape photograph by removing the orange flare on the right hand side and by increasing the contrast in the same area, whilst also tidying up the small round orange flare spots next to the sun.
The image will be printed large and needs to be editable in Lightroom afterwards.
